28/09/2020 - CAA Update Issues

We are aware that there are a number of pilots missing at this time and we are working hard to rectify the situation. Unfortunately this has also been compounded by the reduced frequency of the CAA updates.

If a pilot is not listed within CAS we show a message to instruct the person to contact the pilot and ask for their PfCO number and Insurance documentation. A pilot may also not be listed due to renewing or gaining their PfCO between CAA PfCO list updates. This is something that is out of our control unfortunately.

We encourage all pilots to regularly check that they are CAS Listed and inform us of any discrepancy where we will immediately update our records. Working together with the assistance of pilots CAS Listed will better serve the industry and ultimately the people looking to employ commercial drone services.

Everyone’s assistance is greatly appreciated. We actively encourage all pilots holding permissions to take up their 12 month free trial. The trial is optional and we look to list all pilots whether they subscribe or not. The enhanced subscription gives a link back to the pilots website for people to make contact.
